Cooking Demo:
10:00am, Chef Heather Hartman of Spoonriver and Cafe Brenda shows off the season's first sweet corn in a Cherry Tomato-Sweet Corn Relish with Grilled Pork.  She'll also show us easy ways with healthful Kale and Beet Greens.

Book Signing:
10:30-11:00am, Brenda Langton, chef and owner of Spoonriver and Cafe Brenda, and Market founder, will be signing the Cafe Brenda Cookbook.

Live Music:
11am – 1pm, Beautiful classic guitar with Steve Haskin and a special guest.

All Day:
Get the season's first sweet corn freshly-roasted by Black Cat Natural Foods.
Stock up for the week with fresh ears from Loon Organics, Nistler Farm and Svihel Farm.

Mill City Museum

For Kids: Splash in the museum’s water lab, explore the interactive exhibits and nose around in the Bake lab.

See the film, "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat", a whirlwind tour of our fair city, written by and starring local humorist, playwright and radio personality Kevin Kling.  The show plays every 30 minutes and is included in museum admission.
