Trout Fest is back - this is an annual favorite not to be missed! 

Mini Fish Farm:
All Day!  The mini-farm takes an aquatic turn!  Stop by to meet the Mill City ducks and geese and see real trout.

Cooking Demo:
10:00am, Top local chefs show their stuff using Star Prairie Trout and other Market ingredients.  Chefs include Rick Kimmes of The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Jack Riebel of The Dakota and Brian Hauke of The Red Stag Supperclub

Live Music:
11am – 1pm,  Yodel A-Go-Go entertains with country, rockabilly and New Orleans blues. 

Mill City Museum
10am - 5pm
For Kids: Splash in the museum’s water lab, explore the interactive exhibits and nose around in the Bake lab.

See the film, "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat", a whirlwind tour of our fair city, written by and starring local humorist, playwright and radio personality Kevin Kling.  The show plays every 30 minutes and is included in museum admission.
