10:00am, Fresh takes on Market-inspired salads with Al Potyondy-Smith of Bryant-Lake Bowl.
Live Music:
11am – 1pm, The Capital City Brass has been entertaining Twin Cities audiences for more than 20 years. Known for their imaginative and eclectic programs, virtuosity, and sense of fun, these five musicians will celebrate the Fourth of July with a program demonstrating the diversity of American music. Come hear the music of George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Aaron Copland, Scott Joplin, Stevie Wonder, John Philip Sousa, and more!
Mill City Museum

For Kids: Splash in the museum’s water lab, explore the interactive exhibits and nose around in the Bake lab.
See the film, "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat", a whirlwind tour of our fair city, written by and starring local humorist, playwright and radio personality Kevin Kling. The show plays every 30 minutes and is included in museum admission.
