Pat Sinclair

Pat Sinclair is a Twin Cities food consultant with almost 25 years experience as a recipe developer. Baking Basics and Beyond, her first cookbook, was reviewed in The Chicago Tribune in a feature entitled “Where we turn for help among new reference books” (1/17/07).  Baking Basics and Beyond, received the Cordon d’Or- Gold Ribbon Award from the Culinary Arts Academy in 2007 for baking. She was the also Food Editor for Breakfast in Cairo, Dinner in Rome, the 2000 Midwest Regional Winner in the prestigious Tabasco Community Cookbook Awards.

 

Pat is currently teaching cooking classes in the Twin Cities at Cooks of Crocus Hill and The Kitchen Window. Her emphasis is on recipes that are easy, fast and practical for the home cook. She is currently developing recipes fro her second cookbook "The Ultimate Empty Nesters Cookbook".
